Referral Program

Terms & Conditions

 

We love when our clients share the Beauty and Lively Co. experience with others — thank you! To keep things fair and simple, here’s everything you need to know about how our referral program works:

 

 How It Works

    •    Clients may receive a referral card after completing a service with one of our staff members.

    •    Each referral card offers $10 off to a new guest on their first service of $60 or more.

    •    Once the referred guest has completed their qualifying service, the referring client receives 10% off their next appointment, multiple discounts do not apply.

Eligibility & Guidelines

    •    Referral discount applies to services only, not valid toward products, gift cards, tips, or fees.

    •    Referred guest must be a first-time client at Beauty and Lively Co.

    •    Referral card must be physically presented at the appointment & mentioned at the time of booking to qualify.

    •    Offers cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

    •    One-time use per referral card. One reward per referred guest.

Expiration & Validity

    •    Referral cards expire 60 days from the date issued, unless otherwise specified.

    •    Referral rewards for the referring client are added after the new guest has completed and paid for their appointment.

Additional Notes

    •    Beauty and Lively Co. reserves the right to change, pause, or cancel the referral program at any time without notice.

    •    Misuse or duplication of referral cards may result in disqualification from the program. Guest's can-not combine referral cards for multiple discounts.
